My name is Aubrey Jackson, and I am the Treasurer for WAYS2 Inc (NFP).  I’m a graduate of both the Illinois Institute of Technology (BSME 81) and Georgia Institute of Technology (MSNE 82). My professional career, 40+ years, has afforded me a myriad of experiences over multiple industries. Like our founder and colleague Roosevelt Groves, I have an extensive experience in the nuclear industry; having devoted more than 15 years of my professional career in areas as diverse as reload core design and nuclear operations.

In addition to my nuclear engineering experience with my 25+ years of professional experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in a diverse set of business verticals as an IT professional, from Software Engineering to Software Engineering management leading multiple cutting-edge projects.

My goals are the same as our founders. I to focus my energy on being an agent of change for strengthening relations between our youth and our community leadership (especially law enforcement). I share our founder’s passion around preventing future headlines involving tragic engagements between minority youth and law enforcement.
